Privacy
How we handle the data of those who request a demo and of those who use SemLink.
- Controller
- Void Agency by Riccardo Tirincanti, San Giovanni in Marignano (RN), Italy. For your data, write to morelz.video@gmail.com.
- Demo request
- Name, venue, email, phone and message are used only to get back to you. We keep them while the conversation is open, then 12 months at most.
- Back office access
- Your sign-in email and your venue's data are stored on Supabase (servers in the European Union, Frankfurt). No passwords: you sign in with an email link or a QR code.
- Guest data
- Guests' data belongs to the venue, which is its controller. SemLink processes it on the venue's behalf, only to run the service.
- Your rights
- Access, rectification, erasure, portability: just send an email. No tracking cookies on this site.
